Do you want to return a product?
In accordance with the regulations, you have the right of withdrawal without giving any reason within 14 days. The right of withdrawal does not apply to items made according to a client’s specification. The right of withdrawal expires after 14 days from when you came into possession of a given product or when a third party, other than a courier, indicated by you came into possession of the product.
You incur the direct costs of returning the ordered item. We do not accept parcels sent cash on delivery.
1. Return form
In order to take advantage of the withdrawal law, send information about your decision to our email address: email@example.com or mail to address: Kids Design Nina Fokczyńska, ul. Sierakowskiego 10/12 lok 4, 51-678 Wrocław.
The document should include the following information: name, email address or postal address, product name, bank account number (if the return of money should be made to a different bank account than the one from which the initial payment was made).

The withdrawal form can be sent in an electronic form or by post to our address firstname.lastname@example.org or by post to the address: Kids Design Nina Fokczyńska ul. Sierakowskiego 10-12 lok. 4, 51-678 Wrocław.
Please include all received accessories along with the returned product/products and return form.
Please send the product in packaging protecting the product from damage (it can be the same cardboard box in which you received your order).
You may deliver the products personally, if you give us some prior notice by phone.
Once your payment is credited, we will return your money no later than 14 days (it usually takes only 1-3 working days) by the same form of payment that was used in the initial transaction.Please contact us if you do not receive your money after 14 days.

Do you want to complain about the product?
We strive to ensure that products sent to you are faultess. In the case of any faults you may make a complain on the basis of a warranty/guarantee.
The complaint should include: your contact information, information detailing the type of fault and a date of learning about the fault, Client’s demand and confirmation of purchase of the product in question. You can also use a template for the complaint form, click HERE.
The complaint can be sent by email to: email@example.com or by post to: Kids Design Nina Fokczyńska, ul. Sierakowskiego 10-12 lok 4, 51-678 Wrocław.
The product you complain about along with all the accessories and confirmation of purchase should be sent to the above address.
We accept the complaint if the physical fault is found within 2 years from the date of purchase. You can make a complaint within a year from finding the fault (although it is better to do it immediately after finding it).
You can demand:
- replacement for a new product,
- free of charge repair,
or make a statement to:
a) lower the paid price,
b) withdraw from the agreement - in the case of a serious fault.
We will answer your complaint no later than 14 days from the date of receiving your complaint notification. We will inform you about our decision by email.
